Hello, I’m Jason and I’m a homebrewer in Vancouver, BC. I’ve been a homebrewer for a couple years and a beer geek for quite a bit longer.
My primary brewing passion is farmhouse ales like those historically produced in northern France and Belgium, as well as stock ales once popular in England. The common thread between these for me is the role of brettanomyces in their maturation and the depth of character this provides.
That said, I’ll brew almost anything once, and my batch history is a testament to that fact.
